As such the Direct to Consumer “D2C“ department in the UK is fast paced and exciting, with a regular flow of new solutions and challenges coming into the mix.

We put fun and the consumer first in everything we do and really value fostering customer relationships to grow our brand advocates. As a multi-functional area of the business no day is the same, working with both local and global divisions, as well as teams across numerous functions.

At Ravensburger the operations team plays a vital role in ensuring that our consumers enjoy their products reliably and safely. Working with our international supply chain we are continually challenged by Ravensburger’s growth and innovation. Our team ensures that the concepts that become real products end up in the hands of our consumers via warehouses and shopping shelves. Ravensburger is simply an unbeatable team effort.

We couldn’t do what we do without the visionaries and sharp thinking of our Finance, HR and IT departments. Whether its keeping our finances under control, building workforce capabilities or providing the infrastructure to keep doing what we do best, as an employee in these departments you will actively shape our company.

The International Talent Program (ITP) is designed for our early talents at the start of their career. Nominated eligible employees have the opportunity to apply for the ITP, where they will be prepared for future specialist, management or project tasks through training, project work and mentoring. The participants individually define their goals and design the content of their joint learning journey. The close collaboration and learning together creates valuable connections within the company.

In the internationally organized development program “TalentConnect by Ravensburger”, experienced talents learn from and with each other. The program offers our nominated team members a range of development opportunities, regardless of whether they are aiming for an advanced position in management, a position at the same level or in project management. The focus is on individual growth and networking, supported by seminars, training and social learning opportunities. The 12-month learning journey is closely supervised by our International Talent Management and requires a high level of self-motivation and drive on the part of the participants.
